Amelia Gerson

Amelia Gerson’s research focuses on measuring the association between caregiver wellness and functional and quality of life outcomes for persons with stroke. The aim of her research is to determine a systematic approach to provide targeted interventions that are least burdensome for caregiver-survivor dyads affected by stroke.

Amelia received her BS in Health Behavior Science and Nutrition from the University of Delaware in 2018. She is currently a third year student in the doctor of occupational therapy (OTD) program at MGH Institute of Health Professions.
