Kelly Rishe, MSOT will be presenting her abstract, “Novel clinical trial of portable near-infrared spectroscopy-based (fNIRS) brain computer interface to augment motor recovery after stroke,” as an oral presentation at the Medical Rehabilitation Research Resource (MR3) Network Retreat on September 30th 2022. Her presentation will be on the PROMOTE Trial which integrates a novel portable neuroimaging device (fNIRS) with an upper extremity rehabilitation intervention. The presentation will focus on study design, challenges deploying the study, and preliminary results from our first cohort of participants.
