Dr. Perman Gochyyev’s research interests are in biostatistics, behavioral statistics, latent variable modeling, and causal inference. His research spans across areas such as multilevel and longitudinal modeling, structural equation modeling, multidimensional measurement, hidden Markov models, and survival models.

Perman earned his PhD in Quantitative Methods and Evaluation from the University of California, Berkeley in 2015 and his MA in Educational Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2008.
