Sarah Cavanagh, MS

Bioengineering PhD Student

Sarah Cavanagh’s research is motivated by the need to improve upon neurorehabilitative methods for stroke patients living with upper extremity hemiparesis. Her work addresses this by understanding upper extremity hemiparesis more objectively through robotic kinematic computations.

Sarah received her MS in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University in 2021 and her BS in Integrative Neuroscience from Fordham University in 2019. She is currently a first year Bioengineering PhD student at Harvard University’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
