Susan Goedeken, MSOT, OTR/L

Clinical Research Occupational Therapist

Throughout her OT career Susan has worked in neuro rehabilitation. She has contributed to research on stroke, functional neurological disorders, Parkinson disease, and breast cancer. Recently she opened an outpatient OT practice in Western Massachusetts specialized in treating people with neurological conditions and low vision. She is passionate about the translation of research findings into clinical practice and using insights from clinical practice to inform research study design.

Susan earned her MS in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 2015, her MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the American University of Beirut in 2009, and a BA in English and Dance from the University of Iowa in 2000. Prior to becoming an OT, Susan worked in the arts and education.
